Wilcox, Chester Manning

Chester Wilcox was born in Portland, and signed the draft on 15 Jun 1917. He died in Camp Fremont California. His brother Artemus Wilcox created a poultry research scholarship in memory of him in 1961, this was to be an annual scholarship given to an outstanding student in poultry husbandry, with the first recipient being Stanley Kellerup.
