1st Lt. Zosel was born in 1920 in Oregon. He was killed whie serving with the 666 Engineering Topography Company in Normandy France. He was survived by his wife, his 4 day old son, and his father.

2nd Lt Wilson was born in 1921 in Grants Pass, Oregon, and registered for the draft on 14 Feb 1942. He was killed in a collision of two torpedo bombers 30 miles at sea off the Southern California Coast.

PFC Williams was born in Hood River, Oregon. He registered for the draft on 16 Oct 1940 and was called into service on 17 May 1944 in Fort Lewis Washington. He was killed in the Battle of the Bulge in Belgium while serving with the 26th Infantry Regiment, 1st Infantry Division, Company G. He was survived by his wife and his parents.

Pvt Williams was born in Forest Grove, Oregon. He was called into service on 17 Jul 1943. He died from heatstroke a month later in Camp Hood Texas while in training. He was survived by his parents.

Maj. Wilkins was born in Portland Oregon. While serving with the 20th Fighter Group He went missing. According to the Missing Air Crew Report (MACR) #1437 Maj Wilkins had problems taking off for his mission on 7 Nov 1944, he ended up taking off on the wrong runway 7 minutes after his formation had already left. According to the report there were no communications after takeoff, neither he nor his P-38H Buno #42-67022 were seen again. He left behind a wife and two kids.
SSgt. Whitfield was born in Portland Oregon, he signed the draft on 16 Oct 1940 and was called to service into the Army on 30 Dec 1941. He started his college career here at Oregon State College then transferred to Stanford University graduating there in public accounting. He was killed in Alaska while serving with the 340th Engineers, and was survived by his parents.
Cpl Wetle was born in Portland Oregon, he registered for the draft on 10 Apr 1943 and was called to service on 3 Aug 1943 in Portland.
Lt (J.G.) Wells was born in Buhl Idaho and registered for the draft on 16 Oct 1940 while attending Oregon State College. He went missing in the Philippines and was survived by his wife.
