Born in Portland, Oregon, PFC Latourette was only at Oregon State College for a year. While serving with the 415th Infantry Regiment 104th Infantry Division he was killed in Holland. He was survived by his parents and his sister.
Born in Portland, Oregon, not much is known about PFC Larsen’s time in service. We were not able to find his unit but believe him to have been infantry as he was killed in the Battle of the Bulge in France. He was survived by his parents and his three sisters.

PFC Gonsior served in the Army company C, 413th infantry regiment, 104th(Timberwolf) division. While fighting in Holland in WWII, PFC Gonsior was KIA on November 4th, 1944. He was survived by his wife.

Born in Beadle, South Dakota, Pvt Fanger he earned a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1943 and a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers on campus, and enlisted that july in Portland. He was sent overseas serving with the 6th Armoured Infantry Battalion, 1st Armoured Division Company B in Feb of 1944 arriving in Africa in the beginning of Mar. On Apr 21 1944 he was wounded while serving in the Anzio Beachhead area and received the Purple Heart. In May he returned to his Mortar Squad being killed shortly thereafter during the drive on Rome.
PFC Davies served in the U.S Army 75th infantry division in WWII. He died on January 24th, 1945 in Aldringen Belgium.

Born in Portland Oregon, PFC Cullen was called to active duty on July 5, 1943. He survived the initial invasion of Leyte Island in the Philippines and landed on Okinawa around the 1st of April. He was killed while serving with Company C 383rd Infantry, 96th Division in Japan. PFC Cullen was survived by his parents and his brother.

Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania he spent most of his youth living in Oregon. He went to Oregon State University for two years before transferring to Eastern Oregon College in his junior year, and joined the Marine Corps in Jan 1968. While serving with Delta Company, !st Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment 1st Marine Division PFC Robert Clark’s platoon was dropped into a hot landing zone to help pull out Recon Team 4, while assaulting North Vietnamese Army gun positions Robert was killed by a grenade in Quang Tri, Vietnam. He was survived by his parents, a brother and a sister.
