Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS)

Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides a variety of services to the OSU community to address the challenges and difficulties students face. These services are designed to help students understand themselves better, create and maintain satisfying relationships, improve their academic performance, and make healthy and satisfying career and life choices.

If you have an immediate need outside normal business hours, a licensed mental health counselor will be available via phone by calling CAPS at 541-737-2131.

 

Disability Access Services

Disability Access Services (DAS) provides accommodations, education, consultation and advocacy for qualified students with disabilities at Oregon State University. DAS works with students at OSU, OSU-Cascades, across Oregon and around the world through the OSU E-campus program.

 

Human Services Resource Center

Mission: To provide direct service, outreach, education, and referral services to OSU students that help alleviate the effects of hunger, poverty, and other human needs so that students can pursue a quality education.

  • Text Book Lending Program

    The Textbook Lending Program allows eligible students the opportunity to check out required textbooks at no cost for the entire academic term. Note that veterans are allowed to access loans during the Priority Access period. 

  • Food Security

If your cabinets are a little empty, you're skipping meals or otherwise stressed about food, the HSRC has resources to help.

 

Family Resource Center

The Family Resource Center advocates for and provides quality programming and services to all OSU families with dependent care needs to support the academic, professional and personal growth and success of the whole person. ASOSU
