Warner, Douglas Holmes
Lt (J.G.) Warner was born in Madison Wisconsin. He graduated from Oregon Agricultural College in 1915 with a degree in Agriculture, then went on to study at the University of Oregon graduating from there in 1918. He signed the draft in Portland on 5 Jun 1917. In October 1918 while working as an Assistant Surgeon on Camp Lewis (Tacoma, Washington) he became ill with the Spanish Influenza. He was survived by his wife.
