Biography

W.O. 1st Class Abramson was born in Orange, Texas, and enlisted into the army in Jul 1968 after graduating from Oregon State University earlier in the year. He was killed while serving with the 101st Airborne Division, 4th Battalion, 77th Artillery, A Battery, when the Cobra AH-1G (Buno #68-15109) helicopter he was co-piloting crashed in Thua Thien-Hue, Vietnam. He was survived by his parents, a sister, and a grandmother.
