Biography

Lt Colonel Bartholomew was the pilot of UH-1C #66-00611 stationed in Thua Thien Provence, South Vietnam. Lt Colonel Bartholomew was also the battalion commander of the 4th Battalion, 77th Aerial Rocket Artillery Unit, 101st Airborne Division. During and air rocket artillery(ARA) mission near FB Tomahawk, UH-1C #66-00611 came under heavy small arms fire.
