Biography
2nd Lt Anderson was born in America Falls, Idaho, and signed the draft in Arizona in 1940. He died in a plane crash while serving with the Marine Corps Reserve Headquarters Squadron, 24th Marine Air Group, 2nd Marine Air Wing, 215th Fleet Marine Force, out of San Diego, California. He was survived by his wife, parents, and two brothers.
