Biography: 

Born in San Francisco, California 2nd Lt. Emigh attended Oregon State College from 1939 to 1943 joining the rowing team in 1942. He enlisted 20 Apr 1942 as enlisted and became an officer on 28 May 1943. While serving with the 7th Ferrying Command 90th Ferrying Squadron he was killed piloting the P-39Q Airacobra #44-71157 when he hit an A-20 Havoc mid air and crashed at Grand Prairie, Alberta, Canada. He was survived by his mother.
